Experience Matters

Mr. Bird is an Australian meat industry veteran who after serving in the Australian military, learned the meat and wool industries from the bottom to the top.  He has served as Director, General Manager, Plant Manager and many other roles for a number of prominent Australian lamb and beef processing companies including Gundegai Meat Processors, Woodward Foods, CRF/Australian Lamb Co., and Matisse Foods.

Adam Tainui is General Manager of MPSC, Australia. He started out in production in a venison plant with Silver Fern Farms, Ltd. in New Zealand, and quickly rose to a variety of supervisory and managerial roles in New Zealand and Australia at firms also including WAMMCO (International) Limited, Gundagai Meat Processors, and most recently as Plant Manager at JBS Brooklyn.

Adam’s extensive experience in the meat processing industry, combined with his unwavering commitment to excellence, makes him an asset to our organization. With a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of the industry, Adam is well-equipped to tackle any task and contribute meaningfully to the continued growth and success of MPSC and its client partners.

A resident of Australia since 1997, and also a dual citizen of Australia and the United States, Mr. Marlette Serves as EVP Global Business Development and also serves as a Director of MPSC Australia Pty Ltd. He is the founder and former Managing Director of MPSC Inc.’s Australian subsidiary and has enjoyed a hands-on role in its regulatory and market development, operations, engineering and administration. Prior to coming to MPSC, John spent a career at IBM in Chicago. There, he was predominantly involved in marketing and financial structuring of mainframe related deals in the online transaction processing sectors. He also previously completed extensive sales training at Harris Lanier Corporation. John holds an MBA from Northwestern University with a double major in International Finance and International Marketing, and is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a BA in Government.

Warner Ide serves on the Board of Directors and as CEO of MPSC, Inc. and its international subsidiaries. Mr. Ide initially came to MPSC as an investor and consultant, and later held the positions of Executive Vice President, Vice President-Operations, and Vice President Latin America of MPSC. He was responsible for raising capital during the early years of R&D, and subsequently managed MPSC’s Latin American operations. Prior to MPSC, Warner Ide worked in manufacturing and as a marketing consultant to Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Ide graduated from Dartmouth College.
